Former Wing’s assets on block 
First bankruptcy. Now an auction. Darren McCarty, the fan favorite who was part of three Stanley Cup winning Red Wings teams, filed for bankruptcy in April, citing assets of $1.9 million and debts of $6.2 million. Now many of his possessions will be part of two bankruptcy auctions, the first Nov. 5 in Fraser.

This year’s cotillion will go Motown 
HACKETTSTOWN — The Supremes, Tina Turner, Gladys Knight & The Pips — the musical sounds of Motown will take center stage at the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center Foundation’s 17th annual Harvest Cotillion for Health on Saturday, Nov. 4 at the Parsippany Sheraton Hotel.
